SAPIE Forum 2026 & SME Expo

Digitally transformed. AI-driven

The SAPIE Forum 2026 returns on 21st April for its fourth edition, once again serving as the premier gathering for over 400+ business leaders, innovators, tech pioneers, and key stakeholders from both the public and private sectors.

21 April 2026, National Football Stadium, Bratislava

This year, we are placing a special spotlight on SMEs, the backbone of our economy. The Forum’s agenda is designed to bridge the gaps, focusing on addressing the most pressing challenges in automation and digital transformation; unlocking new opportunities for scaling and sharpening SME competitive edge and discovering accessible, high-impact solutions that deliver real-world results. In addition, the Forum will explore the uptake of AI solutions across the wider economy and public organizations, highlighting practical use cases and pathways for responsible and effective adoption. A further key focus will be on strengthening cooperation between innovators and municipalities to enhance the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of services for citizens.

In partnership with providers of SME products and services, we are organizing the SME Expo, an exclusive exhibition dedicated to tools, tailored services, and advanced technologies that drive SME success. Forum guests can build strategic partnerships and engage directly with business owners, senior managers, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
